Drawing Manual
• All Polygons of _Floor layer should be drawn within the polygon of _Building
• Relevant text is mandatory within each polygon of _Floor layer
• Poly line should be closed
• If floor is used to install machinery, use word "Machine" after floor name. e.g. Floor-1 Machine, Floor-2 Machine. These floor name should be same in Section Drawing.

• Walls should not cross over any layer or object
• To be drawn within the Floor Polygon

• Poly line should be closed• Each lift should be named accordingly as per its usability• Lift lobby should be attached to a lift• Each lift should contain a Door within it. The door will be assigned to _Door layer. • Lift machine room polyline is to be drawn using Line type "Dashed"• _Lift layer would contain "Lift", "Lift Lobby" as well as "Lift machine room"• To be drawn within the Floor Polygon• Minimum dimension of Lift well 1.9 x 1.7
"Balcony"
• Poly line should be closed
• Front (Road side) Balcony – Color Code 1
• Rear Balcony – Color Code 6
• Left side (Side 1) Balcony – Color Code 5
• Right side (Side 2) Balcony – Color Code 104
• Identify with relevant text
• Must be drawn outside of BuiltUp line
• Polyline should be closed
• To be drawn within the Section Polygon
• Each floor should have relevant text within it as per the list
• If floor is used to install machinery, use word "Machine" after floor name. e.g. Floor-1 Machine, Floor-2 Machine. These floor name should be same in floor plan Drawing.

"Gr.Lvl"
- A polyline to be drawn to indicate Ground Level
- To be drawn within the Section Polygon
- This layer is mandatory
• Poly line should be closed• Each Ramp or slope should have a center line which is to be drawn using Line type "Center"• Each Ramp should be named accordingly as per its use• Ramp going towards basement from Ground floor to be drawn with solid polyline on the Basement floor and dashed polyline if it is to be indicated on the Ground floor.• Ramp going towards Ground from First floor to be drawn with solid polyline on the Ground floor and dashed polyline if it is to be indicated on the First floor.• In case of multiple ramps on one floor, name the ramps such that the names are not same for both.• Ramp Level to be indicated in the Section plan. Draw a circle along with similar text as in the floor plan.• Do not show the height point in section for the dashed ramp.

- Draw the Canopy using Polyline within the Section box to rectify the canopy height.
eg. 1:1 or 1:2 upto a limit of 1:20

- Print Area layer to be drawn for each print you expect to be printed separately.
- Scale is mandatory to be written with each print area.
- The Signature block is to be drawn with Red poly line within each print block at floor/building level. The dimension of this block is based on the print ratio of that particular print area. e.g.: if print area have text 1:2 then the signature block for that print area shall be of 20x20 i.e. ratio multiplied by 10
"Existing Structure"
• Polyline should be closed• A polygon to be drawn for Existing structure available on Site with a polyline.• It should contain relevant text within it.
" Refugee Area"
- Polyline must be close.

- Two circles to be placed within the boundry of each _PropWork layer.
- One Circle will be in Red color, another will be in yellow color.
- The placement of these circles should be such that you can get the same location within the builtup line in the floor plan as well.
"Loft"
- Poly line should be closed
- Loft to be made within the room.
- When Loft is shown in any floor plan then section of that particular floor plan must have height point shown using _loft layer to indicate the height of the loft.

- A polygon to be drawn in the site plan named "After amalgamation"
For Amalgamation Siteplan - "Before amalgamation", "After amalgamation"
For Sub-Division Siteplan - "Before SubDivision", "After SubDivision"
- Poly line should be closed
- Amalgamation and Subdivision projects should contain two site plans along with text within each site plan as specified.

• A single straight polyline will be considered as one side of the common plot.• Poly line should be closed• Arc can be drawn within polyline to show a curved surface• Common plot should contain text of Raised COP when the common plot is above the plinth level.
"Curve"

• Polyline should be close.
• Arc should be used to show curve.

- Print Area layer to be drawn for each print you expect to be printed separately.
- Scale is mandatory to be written with each print area.
- Please note- The space on the right side of the Site plan after drawing print Area should be kept empty.
- The Signature block is to be drawn with Red poly line under each print block excluding the SitePlan. The dimension of this block is based on the print ratio of that particular print area. e.g.: if print area have text 1:2 then the signature block for that print area shall be of 20x20 i.e. ratio multiplied by 10
• This name should be same in _building layer.
• When one floor plan is made for multiple (propwork) at that time name those buildings(propwork) as – A-1 Building, A-2 Building.

• Any proposed work within Raised COP should be drawn using _PropWork layer and color code 12.

• Any parking underneath the common plot should be drawn using the colorcode 30 only
• Poly line should be closed• Some items are listed which can be shown under Accessory layer• Write applicable text for each item shown along with its storage capacity where ever applicable•
Fueling Pedestal / Curb Site to be drawn using Polyline within AccessoryUse layer. It should have text "Fueling Pedestal". In case of multiple Fueling Pedestal name them as "Fueling Pedestal 1", "Fueling Pedestal 2". Draw it in Site Plan within the Plot.
Fueling Station Canopy to be drawn using Polyline within AccessoryUse layer. It should have text "Fueling Station Canopy". Draw it in Site Plan within the Plot.
• A closed area to be drawn for basement with polyline
• Poly line should be closed
•This is to be drawn for the largest basement in case of multiple levels of basement

- can draw multiple elements in the same layer
- The construction done within the margin line are to be drawn in this layer

- Some items are listed which can be shown under WithinMarginLine layer
- Each element drawn to be assigned with some relevant text.

"NetPlot"

- This is a mandatory layer
